Hackney Credit Union has ceased trading and the branch has closed.

Your money in the credit union is safe.  We are covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) and you can claim it back from FSCS by calling 0800 678 1100, or visit their web site for help and information at http://www.fscs.org.uk/.  The FSCS will try to resolve all claims against the credit union within eight weeks of receiving a correctly completed claim form.
